NYCFC - For the City, By the City

For the second year in a row I was contracted by the New York City Football Club, the only Major League Soccer franchise to call the Five Boroughs home, to produce a season launch video. For the City, By the City again highlights the Club’s new adidas kits with everyday New Yorkers as its stars. This year’s rendition marked my directorial debut.

Our narrative follows a central character as he makes his way from the South Bronx (FC’s home turf) to a rec league game on Manhattan’s Lower East Side waterfront.

For the City, By the City was conceived, shot, edited, and delivered within a twelve day window.
